World of Warcraft banned?

hello, i just recently reached level 80 in world of warcraft and i was banned almost three days after... blizzard is claiming that i had been using hacks or as they said "bots" i did not use them and i would like to be unbanned espiecially after buying both expansion packs and paying for membership for about a year. please give me tips on getting unbanned.
