With the length of this question, the amount of grammatical errors, and all the excess that is really not needed, I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Based on this rambling, that you got in trouble for talking on the phone at 11pm, and the amount of times you said "like". I would have to state that you probably aren't ready to 'really' start dating so I wouldn't worry about it. If he does like you, you can try some minor flirting to test his reaction and go from there, but I would just recommend looking for guys else where and avoid the drama altogether.
