Is my teacher a creepy ?

she always tells me i need to see you after cl, i need to give you a paper, i need to talk to you. today after i got the paper i left because she said she needs to give me a paper and i thought i'd just leave after the paper and she got really angry and said excuse me i'm not finished and then she said you send me and email about your test and i told her i didn't have the test with me today and i'd bring it the next time. either she severly hates me and sees me as some kind of a f student although i got a b and a c+ or she was mad that i didn't look at her and pay her any attention when i got the paper back and she's sick like she wants some attention from me. this teacher is young and i'm in college.
