Wheel alignment/balance after an accident...?

I am experiencing a wobble at around 55mph after a wheel alignment was does as part of an accident claim. The shop says it could be due to low pressure in one tires or an out of balance tire. Shouldn't they have check pressure and done a balance on the tires before the alignment!?
