If by any chance Obama is elected, will he be a great disappointment or a grave mistake?

He will be both. Obama has had a tendency to not vote on legislation because it was poorly written or he didn't agree with changes that were made. He chose to take the easy way out, rather than standing up for what he believed in or working it out with those who opposed him. Obama is a great speaker but he doesn't know enough. When asked how he will solve a problem, he always responds by saying he will talk to his advisers. He never gives speeches on foreign policy or the economy until he has met with them. He doesn't have solutions of his own. Many great Presidents listened to their advisers, but they had ideas, plans, and solutions of their own. They made their decisions based on their own solutions in conjunction with advice from others. Have we not learned from President Bush? President Bush has made all his decisions based solely on the advice of others. And here we are 8 years later. Obama has made many promises, but I feel that he will be unable to deliver if he doesn't know how to fulfill those promises or runs away when things aren't to his liking. He will be "all talk and no action".
