Windows Xp home edition. Admin pword.?

Okk to make this easy my friend told me about some sort of crack for photoshop cs3 i know this is illegal. But i downloaded it anyway as i open it t was some sort of virus that started chaning all my files. I ran my anti virus software it find the virus and locked it. AVG Free anti virus software. Okk then i ran ccleaner aka Crap cleaner, which i think deleted all my nesscary files. Which in the end i think deleted my pword. So i restarted my computer now when ever i try to logon it says i need a pword, i never had a pword. I only had one account but it doesn't ask for any pword it is the admin pword. you know the one they ask when you logon to safe mode or any other mode for that matter. Can you help me please i need to reset or change the password. if you need more information email me.
