Help! Preparing for College?

This past year (Junior Year) I took 3 AP cles, 3 Honors cles, and an academic language elective. I earned all C's for the year but my sopre year i took mostly honor cles and had B's and A's. Would colleges see that I took on a harder schedule my junior year or will I be penalized for the straight C's
