Is Germany still repaying its debt from WWI? (the Versailles treaty?)?

When Germany signed the Treaty of Versailles they had to borrow money from a number of nations in order to pay the debt, while the West Germans paid off the borrowed money. They are still paying off the interest on the loans. The US will receive the final payment this year, the remainder will be paid off by 2020 (barring further financial disasters). So although the actual reparations have been dropped the costs of paying them in the first place still exist.
