Do you thing 1 Tim. 2:9-15 says that women shouldn't teach men ever?

I have always taught that this is about church government, not about anything outside of the Church of God. Women can be teaches, even bosses... it is simply that they are not given roles of power in The Church of God. Those women who claim to be given these roles are sadly deceived... sadly...
