I stopped my old birth control pill mid cycle and noe I want to start a new one.. how?

I stopped my birth control pill on Monday cause a doctor told me the brand I was using may cause acne (which is why I was on birth control, to control acne spots) it was two weeks into active pills. I know that was stupid now and I'll finish pills in the future. I want to start Yaz now, I had breakthrough bleeding about a day before I even stopped the pill and my period ended Wednesday, so can I Sunday start? I just want to know when to start the pill again. Thanks for any help:)
