I haven't had this before. Is this a sign of pregnancy or not?

I stopped my b/c in february. My LMP was March 8th. However I was not regular before starting the pill. My nppls hurt really bad for the past two weeks, now my bbs are a little sore, but I have heard this could simply be from getting off of the pill. But the last two days I have had menstrual like cramps in my abdomen off and on throughout the day. I have never really had problems with cramping before. Could I be pregnant? I took a test about a week ago and it was negative but it was before my period was due. Or is this just because I got off my bc?
