Am I going to have to get someone to fix my freezer?

I would say its all right,my freezer won't freeze ice cream solid.If your ice cubes freeze ,i would say its close to normal.I certainly wouldn't replace it because of the ice cream issueand if you can't afford a new one,go with what you got.
