Why with the increase of outlets, we didn't see the decrease of crime?
Social injustice and poverty becomes obsolete as the cause of crime, thus some defines crime today as an outburst of excessive energy, time and emotion. Our society has developed never before seen ways as a countermeasure to contain them: we have devised many kind of hobbies; consumerism and public media stand ready to draw your attention; the loosen of moral restrictions made many activities tolerable. Yet there is still a constant desire for new penitentiary housing in many places around the globe, it is not difficult to tell that situation is even worse. Why?
