Why does Bank of America continue to commit fraud against their customers by refusing to refund over payments?

Waited three months so far. They claimed they issued two checks neither of the two ever showed up. I waited more than 2 weeks each time. I then called them to direct deposit the money in my checking account as a was tired of the check game. They had the gall to tell me it could up to a month to issue a direct deposit. Direct deposits never take more than 2 business days unless of course you are deliberately holding someones money.
