What should i do about this FWB?

...i have only known him for a month. i met him online for a casual encounter and then we first met up for a coffee to just introduce ourselves, that day he was telling me that he wud like to go out , hang out, and talk even though we will be having . but we have only had and none of the other stuff. i know he is just a freind with benefits but he doesnt even call me to say hello he texts. i didnt even say that we shud hang out because we clearly met up for . so why wud he say those things to me when he knew that we were gona have (its not like we are dating). and, he wud text me but when i reply to his texts he wudnt reply back to me which i think is very rude. please some guidance and good advice. thanks alot.
