Recently I can't download videoclips completely,the progression bar speeds up at the midpoint abnormally.Help!?

I'm using windows media player version 10.op windows vista.I can just download the first 60 or 70 percent of the video clips even as small as 4M, formerly could download them completely using the very same system and configurations ..thanks
