Not losing weight! So demotivated!?
It honestly depends on how much you're trying to lose. You have to think; you probably didn't gain that weight in a month so you probably won't lose it in a month. If what your doing is not working, switch up a bit. Try dancing a bit couple of hours after you eat. Study your diet and make sure you not eating too much or too little. If you have a slow metabolism, you shouldn't diet, you should just change your habits. Diets are temporary and we tend to rebel when things aren't going our way. If you really have to lose a lot of weight, think of it more as a life style change. All in all, be patient. Healthy weight loss takes time.
