I was diagnosed with Hypogonadism, does that mean that i will be infertile for ever?

I was recently diagnosed with hypogonadism. My testosterone and FSH levels are way below normal. I also underwent a semen ysis test which confirmed that i have no production of spermatozoa or azoospermia. Im 24 years old and i still look very young, I recently got married under cirstances beyond my control to my girlfriend after a great ordeal with her parents who didn't want her to marry me. The ual feelings which i thought were normal now appear to me that I was wrong. I thought I was normal until I decided to check up with gynaecomastia when further tests revealed that im suffering from hypogonadism. Im so stressed with all these things happening to me all at a time that my morale has hit so low that i cant imagine. I dont understand if I should talk this to my wife who has left behind her parents, Please someone tell me the way forward.
