How can I feel better after stopping an antidepressant?

i heard that having a healthy diet and exercise every day for about 30 minutes will help for MINOR depression. i dont think that you have a minor depression but the healthy diet and exercise can still help it though. im serious you should try it and your probably in that stage in you life when things arent going so well for you. but my friend, you have to understand that your not the only one and that people gone through a lot worse. you really starting to feel depress again. talk to somebody. like a good friend or a family member. good luck with everything and have nice day.
