Can I bring my dog with me when I move to Argentina?

I am moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina, this fall and I really want to bring my dog with me. She is a small sheltie and is 10 years old. Can I bring her with me when I move there? If so, what actions to I have to take (e.g. vaccinations, get authorization from Argentinean government, etc.)?
